Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Distribution & Transportation Senior Supervisor to lead the in-country warehouse and last-mile delivery for Innovative Medicine Deliver EMEA. The role focuses on cost-effective, compliant operations with emphasis on safety, quality and customer service across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate holds a university degree in logistics or related field, with 5+ years in distribution, and strong knowledge of SAP and Power BI to drive data-based improvements.

Qualifications

• University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics or a related business field.
• Minimum 5 years in distribution, logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of distribution and transportation operations, technologies and processes.
• Fluent English language skills.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI and related analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee distribution operating budgets and identify cost-improvement projects.
• Ensure reliable distribution activities and meet KPIs to drive customer satisfaction.
• Ensure GxP / Quality compliance / EHS&S in warehouse and transport processes.
• Support negotiations with 3PLs and transport providers with procurement.
• Lead business reviews with LSPs and TSPs across departments to analyze issues and solutions.
• Ensure on-time launch readiness and design/improve processes using data insights.
• Manage deviations, incidents and root-cause analysis in warehousing and logistics.
