Johnson & Johnson in Leeds/International seeks a Sr. Director, Business Technology BU Interface – International to lead end‑to‑end technology strategy across Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, R&D and enabling functions for the international region.

You will partner with regional leadership, govern portfolio health, drive demand management, and ensure secure, scalable technology that delivers measurable business value while aligning with global standards and separation readiness.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline.
Master's degree or MBA preferred for senior leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end technology strategy for international regions including Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, R&D and enabling functions.
Partner with regional leadership to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps and value realization plans.
Govern portfolio health, manage demand, and lead executive reviews to ensure delivery against commitments.
Enable digital capabilities to improve sales, pricing, channels, inventory, forecasting and service levels.
Support localization, harmonization of platforms and separation readiness for standalone operations.
