New Energy Nexus seeks a Director of Development Strategy & Operations to lead the organization’s global fundraising and development operations. Qualifications

• 8+ years in nonprofit fundraising/development strategy and/or development operations.
• Strong track record leading the development of complex philanthropic proposals across programmes and geographies.
• Demonstrated experience turning frontline or field input into strategy and prioritization.
• Experience managing a distributed team and coordinating with global partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the global platform-level development team including recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and managing performance.
• Translate the development strategy into a rolling work plan with clear ownership, resources, and timelines.
• Coordinate multi-country and multi-program proposals and build a central library of fundraising collateral.
• Manage CRM, pipeline reporting, and dashboards to monitor fundraising progress and funder trends.
• Draft and maintain funder decks and collaborate with Communications to keep collateral aligned with messaging.
• Provide tools and support to country leads and fundraisers to raise funds effectively and report consistently.
