Outright International seeks a Senior Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Officer to design and implement MEL approaches, support staff and grantees, and oversee the MEL system across programs. Travel may be required; reporting to the Global Grants Director (UTC-4).

The role focuses on developing data collection tools, guiding evaluations, and ensuring high data quality, learning dissemination, and compliance with reporting requirements to strengthen program impact and accountability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of international programs.
• Commitment to liberation from persecution based on sexual orientation and/or gender identity or expression.
• Fluency with qualitative and quantitative methods; MEL for advocacy desirable.

Responsabilités

• Finalize and establish MEL frameworks during project start-up, including data collection tools and storage practices.
• Coordinate with project managers on government funds for indicator reporting and results descriptions.
• Oversee data collection and analysis for Outright programs with program staff; conduct site visits.
• Write internal reports with accuracy and clarity; maintain high data collection standards.
