Itad is looking to connect with MEL professionals for a potential MEL Manager role on a major FCDO economic growth programme.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience leading MEL across complex programmes or portfolios, including developing theories of change and results frameworks, measuring outcomes, assuring data quality, supporting evaluation and learning, and translating evidence into programme adaptation and decision-making.

The programme will focus on economic transformation, so experience applying MEL to private sector development, firms and markets, trade and investment, productivity, employment, policy reform and/or systemic change would be especially relevant. Experience working with FCDO, managing MEL across multiple interventions or countries, and strengthening delivery partners' MEL capability would also be valuable.
