Job summary

Atlas Copco Group's Global Technology Centre in Burgess Hill seeks a Digitalisation Manager to lead global digital programmes across the Service Technology Centre network. You will provide governance, deliver digital solutions, and drive productivity and change.

You will work in a hybrid setup between remote and on-site, collaborating with IT and engineering teams worldwide, coaching project teams, and championing Industry 4.0 initiatives to improve efficiency and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Five+ years leading complex, international digital projects or programmes.
• Proven ability to deliver digital transformation from planning to benefits realization.
• Strong knowledge of project and programme management using Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders across regions.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues, risks and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of digital transformation projects to time, budget and quality.
• Manage the digital project portfolio including pipeline, prioritisation and resources.
• Embed project and change management practices with Agile methodologies.
• Monitor programme performance, milestones, risks and benefits, and report to leadership.
• Support the digital technology roadmap and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
