  • Embed consistent project and change management practices, using Agile principles and recognised methodologies to support successful delivery and adoption.
  • Monitor programme performance, milestones, risks, issues and benefits, providing clear updates and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Support the delivery of the digital technology roadmap and Industry 4.0 initiatives through effective planning, stakeholder engagement and execution.
  • Partner with teams across the business including across our wider business area, our Service Technology Centres (STCs) and Global IT teams to align digital solutions with business goals, technology standards and governance requirements.
  • Coach and support project teams and colleagues, sharing best practice, lessons learned and practical solutions to digital transformation challenges.
  • Champion digital adoption, continuous improvement and cultural change across the global Service Technology Centre network, helping to improve productivity and operational excellence.
Your Skills And Experience

We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement. We value diverse experiences and perspectives and are excited to see what you bring to the role.

  • You have at least five years’ experience leading complex, international digital projects or programmes, ideally within a global, matrix organisation.
  • Proven experience of delivering digital transformation projects from planning through to implementation and benefits realisation.
  • Strong knowledge of project and programme management, including experience using Agile or Scrum methodologies. The ability to lead, coach and influence cross-functional teams, including colleagues outside your direct reporting line.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage and influence senior stakeholders across different regions and cultures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key issues, manage risks and communicate clear recommendations.
  • A collaborative and adaptable approach, with the ability to build consensus and manage competing priorities in a changing environment.
  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies, digital governance or change management would be advantageous.
