Job summary

IAM RoadSmart in Welwyn Garden City is seeking a Digital Engagement & Solutions Manager to translate stakeholder needs into practical digital solutions. You will deliver projects from planning to go-live, align with product strategies and manage partner contracts to improve customer experience.

The role requires strong business analysis, expert stakeholder management, and a proactive, data‑driven mindset in a not-for-profit context. Expect a 35‑hour hybrid week with office presence in WGC.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering digital transformation and end-to-end project delivery.
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience implementing or improving enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, membership platforms).
• Stakeholder and supplier management with the ability to influence and manage priorities.
• Experience in process improvement, data and reporting.
• Experience managing budgets, business cases and investment appraisals.
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic, analytical and proactive approach.
• Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer and community focus; not-for-profit experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document and agree requirements, specifications and delivery plans with project owners.
• Manage digital and systems projects from planning through go-live, testing and post-implementation reviews.
• Work with product owners and business leads to shape future product and technology strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with technology partners and suppliers; monitor progress and costs.
