Job summary

BYD Europe is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive the UK digital touchpoints, oversee website strategy, CRM lead generation, and email automation. The role requires coordinating with UK, Netherlands, and China HQ teams, delivering hands-on execution and measurable impact on local sales performance.

You will own CMS/web analytics, UX optimization, and lifecycle campaigns while collaborating across cross-functional teams to align commercial goals with digital initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience in tech, automotive OEM, or digital agency.
• Agency background and client-facing ownership preferred.
• Hands-on, independent execution from strategy to rollout with minimal agency reliance.
• Proficient with CMS, web analytics, CRM lead architecture, and marketing automation.
• Strong cross-cultural collaboration across UK, Europe, and China HQ.
• Fluent English; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop local web strategy and coordinate cross-border teams (UK, NL, China HQ).
• Oversee UI/UX, landing pages, and content updates; maintain site health.
• Define CRM lead-gen mechanisms and integrate lead pipelines with DMS and central CRM.
• Create targeted email marketing strategies and manage campaigns, A/B tests, deliverability.
• Bridge Marketing and Sales to ensure timely lead qualification and handoffs.
