Job summary

BYD UK is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive the company’s digital touchpoints—from website strategy and UI/UX to CRM lead workflows and email marketing automation. The role requires close collaboration across UK, Netherlands, and China HQ, delivering self-starter leadership with minimal agency dependency.

You will optimize analytics, site performance, and lead generation, bridging Marketing with Sales to ensure timely lead qualification and commercial alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital marketing, ideally in tech, automotive OEM, or leading digital agency.
• Proven ability to independently execute projects from strategy to rollout with minimal agency reliance.
• Hands-on with CMS, web analytics, CRM lead architecture, and marketing automation tools.
• Strong cross-border collaboration and stakeholder management across UK/Europe/China HQ.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute local web strategy aligned with UK objectives.
• Oversee UI/UX design, landing pages, and content updates with localized assets.
• Coordinate with developers and product teams in China HQ and Europe (Netherlands) for alignment.
• Maintain day-to-day website health, performance, and bug fixing/debugging.
• Define and implement CRM lead-generation mechanisms and lead pipeline integration.
• Develop targeted email marketing strategies and lifecycle automation; hands-on campaign execution.
