Job summary

Arup seeks a Business Analyst to join a global delivery team working with Delivery Managers, Architects, and Change teams, reporting to the Head of Delivery. You will help deliver a prioritised portfolio across the organisation and support key business initiatives aligned with Arup's five-year strategy.

Experience in agile environments, stakeholder analysis, and product-management proxy opportunities will be valued, as will the ability to collaborate across diverse global locations and time

Qualifications

• Experience in requirements workshops and engineering analysis.
• Ability to articulate business value to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile and iterative value creation in a user-centred environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Delivery Managers, Architects and PMOs to support project delivery.
• Conduct requirements workshops and stakeholder analyses.
• Help drive value management and continuous improvement initiatives.
