Job summary

Arup is seeking a Business Analyst to join a global delivery team and support the delivery of a prioritised portfolio of projects and programmes. You will collaborate with Delivery Managers, Architects, Project and Portfolio Management teams, and Business Change teams, reporting to the Head of Delivery.

You will contribute to socially useful work that aligns with Arup's design excellence and five-year strategy, while engaging in requirements workshops, value management, and opportunities to

Qualifications

• Experienced delivering projects with sponsors and end users, achieving tangible business outcomes.
• Ability to articulate business value to stakeholders using BA techniques.
• Experience with agile and iterative value creation in a user-centred design environment.

Responsibilities

• Work within a global delivery team reporting to the Head of Delivery.
• Support delivery of a prioritised portfolio of projects and programmes across the organisation.
• Engage in requirements workshops, stakeholder analysis, and value management; opportunities to proxy as product managers and to contribute to testing analysis.
• Own continuous improvement initiatives and engage with communities of practice and skills networks.
