Arup seeks a Business Analyst to join a global delivery team reporting to the Head of Delivery. You will work with Delivery Managers, Architects, Project and Portfolio Management, project support, and Business Change teams on a prioritised portfolio of projects and programmes across the organisation.

You will contribute to Arup's strategic goals, engage in enterprise-wide transformation, and support the delivery of the firm’s five-year strategy, with opportunities to develop professionally

Responsibilities

• Engage in requirements workshops and engineering activities.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and value management.
• Opportunity to proxy as product managers and participate in testing analysis.
• Contribute to communities of practice and skills network engagement.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across projects and programmes.
