Job summary

Arup is seeking a Digital Business Analyst to join a global delivery team, reporting to the Head of Delivery. You will support a portfolio of projects and programmes across the organisation, contributing to Arup’s five-year strategy and digital transformation initiatives.

You will engage in requirements workshops, stakeholder analysis, and value management, with opportunities to proxy as a product manager and contribute to continuous improvement across global teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis within projects and programmes.
• Ability to articulate business value and outcomes.
• Experience with agile and iterative value creation in a user-centred design environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements workshops and stakeholder analysis.
• Perform value management and explore opportunities to proxy as product managers.
• Contribute to testing analysis and communities of practice.
• Engage with global delivery teams across locations and time zones.
