Job summary

Arup is seeking a Business Analyst to join a global delivery team reporting to the Head of Delivery. You will help deliver a prioritised portfolio of projects and programmes, collaborating with Delivery Managers, Architects, Project and Portfolio Management teams, and Business Change teams to drive value and support Arup's five-year strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis across project delivery.
• Ability to elicit and document requirements from diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile and iterative value creation in a user-centred design environment.
• Proven track record in software product development, data or automation projects.

Responsibilities

• Engage in requirements workshops and stakeholder analysis.
• Value management and testing analysis throughout delivery.
• Proactively liaise with Delivery Managers, Architects and Project teams to ensure alignment.
