Job summary

Arup is seeking a Digital Business Analyst in Manchester to join a global delivery team. You will work with Delivery Managers, Architects, Project and Portfolio Management, project support and Business Change to deliver a prioritised portfolio of projects.

The role provides exposure to enterprise-wide transformation and supports Arup's five-year strategy. You will participate in requirements workshops, stakeholder analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Experienced in leading requirements workshops with stakeholders.
Able to articulate the value of business analysis to diverse audiences.
Experience with agile and iterative value creation in a user-centred design environment.
Proven track record in software product development, data or automation projects in a cloud-oriented landscape.
Experience collaborating with diverse teams across multiple global locations and time zones.

Responsibilities

Engage with Delivery Managers, Architects, and project teams to support successful delivery.
Contribute to requirements workshops, analysis, value management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Possibly proxy as product manager and support testing analysis and communities of practice.
