Job summary

Arup’s purpose and collaborative approach shapes a better world. The Business Analyst will join a global delivery team, partnering with Delivery Managers, Architects, Project and Portfolio Management, and Business Change to support a prioritised portfolio of projects.

You will engage in requirements workshops, stakeholder analysis, value management and opportunities to own continuous improvement initiatives, with exposure to enterprise-wide transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex business analysis for programmes.
• Ability to elicit requirements from diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile and iterative delivery.
• Proven track record in data or automation initiatives.
• Experience collaborating across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements workshops with stakeholders.
