Job summary

Beeby Anderson Recruitment is seeking a motivated Design Manager for a leading international multidisciplinary engineering consultancy. You will support delivery of complex, high-value projects across Europe, coordinating design activities and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Working with Senior Design Managers and multidisciplinary teams, you will help manage design programmes and contribute to professional development within a growing Design Management team.

Qualifications

• Experience in design management, project management or design coordination within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of the design process, especially early design stages.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary design teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Senior Design Managers in the coordination and delivery of multidisciplinary design projects.
• Working collaboratively with engineering, architectural and specialist design teams.
• Coordinating design activities to ensure project objectives, programmes and deliverables are achieved.
• Liaising with clients, consultants and other key project stakeholders.
• Supporting the management of design programmes, project priorities and technical coordination.
• Identifying and resolving design-related challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contributing to the successful commercial and technical delivery of projects.
• Taking on increasing responsibility as your experience and capabilities develop.
