Job summary

Intact Insurance, London or Horsham based, is seeking a leader to drive the Enterprise Data Platform transformation. The role focuses on delivering modern data solutions, guiding analytics maturity, and ensuring value realization across business units. Hybrid working and a collaborative environment are offered.

You will shape requirements with business and IT teams, manage risks, and oversee end-to-end delivery while promoting data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data transformation and large-scale data projects.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and enterprise data architecture principles.
• Understanding of data management, compliance frameworks and data governance.
• Experience with data quality frameworks and organisational change management.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and project management skills.
• Familiarity with the insurance domain and the data value chain.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the data transformation roadmap aligned with strategy, KPIs, budgets and value.
• Lead large-scale data transformation initiatives to deliver modern data solutions and improved analytics maturity.
• Track and communicate value of data and AI initiatives with clear measurement frameworks.
• Partner with business, IT and data teams to shape requirements, timelines and deliverables.
• Support adoption of the Enterprise Data Platform through effective change-management strategies.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of data transformation projects, mitigating risks and optimizing resources.
