Publicis Media is seeking a globally focused Data Solutions strategist to define how diverse data assets are integrated, governed, and activated through AI within Publicis AI solutions. You will translate business objectives into data requirements powering marketing intelligence and optimization across markets.

The role requires experience in global data strategy, data governance, and collaboration with AI, product, and engineering teams to deliver measurable client value.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of how data drives marketing intelligence and business outcomes.
• Experience communicating global data strategy across markets and stakeholders.
• Strong grasp of AI, ML, GenAI, and analytics.
• Ability to align data strategy with product, platform and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve global data strategy for Publicis AI across data sources.
• Establish frameworks for sourcing, integrating, enriching, and activating data.
• Configure and deploy workflows across MRCL and supporting platforms.
• Collaborate with AI, product, and engineering leaders on data strategy alignment.
• Lead data taxonomies, ontologies, and signal frameworks for cross-market consistency.
• Translate client objectives into data requirements for marketing intelligence.
• Guide data governance, privacy, and responsible AI practices globally.
• Advise regional teams and clients on data readiness and value.
