WPP Media in the UK seeks a Director of Data Strategy to lead data-driven audience and bidding initiatives for a major telco client. You will own the Data Strategy roadmap, drive AI-enabled data products, and collaborate across agency teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualificações

• Deep interest in Media & Technology and ability to articulate complex concepts to varied stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building for clients and agency partners.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• 6+ years digital agency-side in a data-led role with emphasis on digital paid media.

Responsabilidades

• Lead data strategy initiatives and drive AI-enabled insights for campaigns.
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment on project goals with BT account teams.
• Own data strategy workstreams and contribute to the broader DPAM roadmap with AWS/Amazon Marketing Cloud elements.
• Mentor and manage Data Strategy team members: Associate Director, Manager, and Associate.
• Ensure data ways of working are maintained across campaign cycles and client objectives.
