Job summary

Publicis Media seeks a leader to set the vision and standards for AI agent and skill development on the Marcel platform, applying deep expertise in media data and AI-native workflows. You will audit processes, design scalable solutions, and lead cross-functional consulting-style projects to scale AI adoption across data, media, and marketing.

You will manage a team, shape vertical-specific offerings, and ensure alignment with commercial and roadmap objectives across programs and client

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud environments and marketing technology solution design projects.
• Proven ability to analyze workflows and translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with remote and on-site teams.
• Structured thinker with creative problem-solving for complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Vertical Solution Design: translate key business needs into AI workflows using platform functionality and models.
• Path-to-Solution Evaluation: assess adaptation vs bespoke client flows to solve problems.
• Cross-Functional Scoping: collaborate with Product, Strategy, Engineering, Data Science and Delivery to scope proposals.
• Storytelling & Demos: present use cases mapping client challenges to platform capabilities with live demos.
• Commercial Alignment: align on models and timelines to meet client expectations while advancing program goals.
• Roadmap Influence: translate client needs into product input for platform roadmaps.
• Feedback Loop Management: surface client friction points to guide future enhancements.
• Internal Enablement: develop solution overviews and training materials for internal teams.
