Job summary

Publicis Media is seeking a Globally focused Data Solutions strategist to define how diverse data assets are integrated, governed, and activated through AI within Publicis AI solutions. The role also focuses on delivering actionable business and marketing intelligence across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping data strategy for global or multi-market programs.
• Strong understanding of AI, ML, GenAI and analytics.
• Ability to translate business needs into data requirements across platforms.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority in large organisations.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve global data strategy for Publicis AI across data sources and platforms.
• Establish frameworks for data sourcing, integration and activation to support AI-driven insights.
• Configure and deploy data workflows; support end-user adoption and deployment readiness.
• Align data strategy with model development, GenAI use cases and platform capabilities.
• Lead design of data taxonomies, ontologies and signal frameworks across markets.
• Translate client objectives into data requirements powering marketing intelligence and optimization.
• Guide governance, privacy and responsible AI practices across global markets.
• Advise regional teams and clients on data readiness and AI enablement.
