Job summary

IVC Evidensia is seeking a Data, Reporting & Analytics Lead for Global Business Services to own data analytics across the GBS landscape, ensuring accurate reporting and actionable insights for leadership.

The role focuses on data quality, governance, KPI definitions, and a continuous improvement roadmap, partnering with Genpact, GBS process owners and finance teams to deliver timely insights and robust dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3+ years' experience in data, reporting or analytics within a finance or global business services environment; leadership preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Power BI, DAX and data modelling for BI solutions.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or other ERP systems; strong SQL skills (Oracle SQL/PLSQL).
• Proficiency in OTBI, BI Publisher; familiarity with financials, procurement and HR modules.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve data from multiple sources, clean, validate and transform into usable formats.
• Identify trends and correlations using statistical methods and analytical tools.
• Design and develop regular and ad-hoc reports with clear visuals.
• Build interactive dashboards for real-time KPI monitoring.
• Establish relationships with CFOs, Group Finance and Genpact for seamless reporting delivery.
• Develop data models and dimensional modelling to facilitate analysis.
• Adhere to data governance to ensure accuracy and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data integration.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and SLAs for GBS performance.
