Job summary

IVC Evidensia is seeking a GBS Data, Reporting & Analytics Lead to own data analytics capabilities across GBS, delivering accurate reporting and advanced analytics for data-driven decisions.

You will drive data quality, governance, and continuous improvement, collaborating with CFOs, Genpact, and Global Process Owners to ensure timely, transparent data delivery that informs performance insights and strategic actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with data and analytics focus.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in data, reporting or analytics in finance/global services.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, DAX and data modelling; ability to develop BI solutions.
• Experience with data warehousing, dimensional modelling and data integration.
• SQL proficiency (Oracle SQL/PL-SQL) for data manipulation.
• Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher; familiarity with FRS.
• Excellent stakeholder management in finance reporting environments.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve data from multiple internal and external sources, ensuring data quality.
• Apply statistical methods to identify trends and correlations.
• Design and develop regular and ad-hoc reports using BI tools.
• Build interactive dashboards for real-time KPI monitoring.
• Collaborate with CFOs, Finance, Genpact and IT to deliver GBS reporting.
