Job summary

IVC Evidensia is seeking a Data, Reporting & Analytics Lead to own the GBS data landscape, governance, and reporting roadmap. You will translate data into actionable insights for leadership, partner with regional CFOs and Genpact, and drive continuous improvement through automation and analytics.

You will lead dashboards, data models, and KPI definitions, ensuring accurate, timely reporting across GBS and connected units. Strong BI, SQL and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field with analytics experience.
• 3+ years in data, reporting or analytics within a finance or global services environment, leadership preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, DAX and data modelling; able to develop BI solutions.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or similar ERP systems.
• Proficient in Oracle SQL/PLSQL; familiar with OTBI, BI Publisher and Financial Reporting Studio.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve data from multiple sources; ensure quality and transform for reporting.
• Develop regular and ad-hoc reports; design dashboards for real-time monitoring of KPIs.
• Collaborate with CFOs, finance, Genpact, and GBS leaders to deliver reporting.
• Build data models to support analysis and governance; ensure data security compliance.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships across regions.
