Job summary

IVC Evidensia is seeking a Master Data Management Analyst for a 6-month fixed-term contract within Global Business Services. You will manage finance master data requests, enforce governance, and maintain data across key systems, ensuring SLA adherence.

You will partner with stakeholders, train requesters, drive data quality improvements, and coordinate data cleansing with our BPO partner Genpact, contributing to process improvements and reliable financial data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3+ years of progressive master data management experience in a global finance environment.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or other ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders and a BPO provider.

Responsibilities

• Manage MDM request queue for Enterprise Structure and Finance-related master data, ensuring SLA adherence and governance controls.
• Triage requests and determine action according to business rules.
• Maintain master data in systems in line with rules and standards.
• Train and onboard new master data requesters and owners as required.
• Support MDM leads to improve data quality standards and processes.
• Coordinate and execute master data cleansing routines and performance reporting with the BPO partner.
