Job summary

IVC Evidensia UK is seeking a Data, Reporting & Analytics Lead for Global Business Services. You will own the data landscape across GBS, drive accurate reporting, and shape the analytics strategy to support data-driven decision making.

You will lead data governance, collaborate with CFOs, Genpact, and regional teams; develop data models, dashboards, and KPI definitions; ensure data quality and security while delivering timely insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in data, reporting or analytics within a finance or GBS environment.
• Strong knowledge of BI tools, data warehousing and integration.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve, clean, validate and transform data from multiple sources.
• Design and develop regular and ad-hoc reports with clear visuals.
• Build dashboards for real-time monitoring of KPIs.
• Collaborate with CFOs, Genpact and GBS owners to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop data models and enforce data governance and security.
