Job summary

IVC Evidensia is seeking a Master Data Management Analyst to join the Global Business Services. You will manage enterprise structure and finance master data, collaborate with group and local finance teams, and train data custodians.

The role requires MDM experience, strong governance, and ERP knowledge to improve data quality and reporting. The position is a 6-month fixed term contract in the UK, with a focus on process documentation, data cleansing, and KPI-backed performance management with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Minimum of 3+ years of progressive master data management experience with preferrable 2+ years' experience in a global finance environment
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or other ERP systems preferred
• Ability to develop and influence effective working relationships with senior business stakeholders and our BPO provider
• Strong leadership and ability to manage and challenge teams to drive performance

Responsibilities

• Manage MDM request queue for Enterprise Structure and Finance-related master data, ensuring requests are processed per SLA and governance controls
• Triage requests and determine action according to business rules
• Maintain master data in business systems in line with rules and standards
• Train and onboard new business master data requesters and owners
• Support MDM Leads to implement master data quality standards and processes
• Document master data processes to cover full lifecycle of activities
• Collaborate with data owners, requesters and SMEs to identify and resolve master data issues
• Coordinate and execute master data cleansing routines
• Provide operational insights for master data improvement initiatives
• Performance manage MDM team with Genpact and leverage KPI reporting
