Job summary

SMBC Group in London is seeking an Executive Director of Data Migration & Transformation to define and lead the enterprise-wide migration, data transformation, and onboarding strategy across the EMEA region. You will collaborate with IT, Data, and Programme Office teams to enable seamless delivery of large-scale initiatives and to ensure data integrity throughout the migration lifecycle.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading large-scale migration programmes in a global, regulated environment.
Executive-level stakeholder engagement and influencing across senior governance.
Proven track record delivering data migration and transformation in global banking.
Knowledge of data migration tool suites and monitoring/reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

Define and own enterprise-wide migration and transformation strategy.
Lead data migration and transformation delivery across multiple programmes and regions.
Champion data management by design and regulatory alignment across change portfolios.
Build governance with risk oversight and executive stakeholder engagement.
Lead talent development and operating model for migration capabilities.
