Job summary

Google is seeking a Program Manager in Greater London to lead cross-functional data center projects from planning to execution. You will coordinate requirements, schedules, risks, and communications across multiple offices and time zones, driving alignment with stakeholders worldwide.

You will help scale and optimize Data Center Services, deploying tools to improve visibility and governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management or operations management within data centers, construction, process improvement and systems management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive documentation and structural alignment of the Data Center Services (DCS) integrated operational model to enable teams to adapt and scale to evolving demands.
• Oversee the development and deployment of proprietary tools to optimise operations through enhanced digital visibility.
• Drive high-level programmatic governance and a collaborative culture across EMEA framework vendors.
• Lead program to enhance execution predictability and procurement speed by coordinating standardised core Scope of Work (SOW) deliverable templates.
• Establish streamlined processes to eliminate contractual and training gaps while converting historical challenges into future operational standards.
