Job summary

Chanel seeks an experienced D365 Ecosystem Architect to lead end-to-end technical solution architecture across a multi-system global environment. You will align cross-functional teams, enforce architectural guardrails, and shape the long-term D365 integration, data, and platform roadmap with a focus on scalability and security.

You will collaborate with integration architects, solution architects, developers, and enterprise teams, owning architecture standards, data governance, and delivery

Qualifications

• 10 years in ERP as a Solution/Technical Architect or Technical/Functional Lead.
• End-to-end solution scope ownership across a complex multi-system environment.
• Experience with cloud migration, modularisation, and API-driven architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical solution architecture across parallel workstreams.
• Enforce architectural standards, extensibility models and event-driven patterns.
• Review and approve specifications, customisations and integrations impacting end-to-end processes.
• Facilitate cross-system design alignment with solution owners (POS, WMS, EDI, middleware).
• Support environment and build strategy with the Product Team Technical Manager.
• Maintain End-to-End solution risk register and mitigation plans.
• Contribute to solution roadmap and multi-instance strategy.
