Job summary

Chanel seeks a D365 Ecosystem Architect to lead end-to-end technical architecture across global D365, Power Platform, Azure and Tier‑1 systems. You will coordinate with integration architects, solution owners, developers and product teams to drive standardisation and scalable delivery.

In a fast‑paced transformation, you will shape the architecture roadmap, enforce guardrails, uphold non‑functional requirements and deliver coherent cross‑regional solutions from London and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering enterprise D365 solutions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across regions.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns and data governance.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end solution architecture ownership across parallel workstreams.
• Technical leadership & delivery oversight across teams and partners.
• Ensure development follows Microsoft‑recommended patterns and guardrails.
• Oversee integration design, APIs, messaging and middleware.
• Contribute to data migration standards and governance strategy.
• Stay aligned with D365 and Power Platform roadmaps and drive improvements.
