Job summary

Finastra seeks a senior Microsoft 365 Architect to design and manage the global M365 environment, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive. You will govern data protection, retention, and compliance while leading complex migrations and automation initiatives.

The role combines platform architecture with hands-on administration, serving as a SME for global stakeholders and ensuring secure, reliable services aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

• Proven IT experience with strong M365 engineering background.
• Experience in global enterprise environments in similar roles.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve architecture for M365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Establish tenant-wide policies for data protection, retention, and regulatory compliance.
• Administer and troubleshoot M365 services to ensure performance and availability.
• Act as SME and escalation point for complex issues; perform root cause analysis.
• Lead tenant-to-tenant migrations and coordinate global delivery.
