AXIS Capital in London is seeking a cyber claims specialist to manage a broad range of global cyber claims, reporting to the Cyber Claims Manager. You will work with clients, TPAs, external legal advisors and vendors to ensure premier claims service.

The role involves handling or broking cyber claims and applying knowledge of first and third party coverages, reserving and risk management. You will engage with underwriters and contribute to projects and risk advisory.

Qualifications

• Specific cyber insurance experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, to liaise with customers and service providers, both internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of CLASS/ECF2.
• Experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Handle cyber claims for a broad range of clients worldwide, written in the Global Cyber & Technology Unit and reporting to the Cyber Claims Manager.
• Work closely with clients, TPA service providers, external legal advisors and specialist vendors, market leaders and brokers ensuring a premier claims service to clients is maintained.
• The candidate will be accustomed to either handling or broking cyber claims and will have a working appreciation of the practical application of first and third party cyber coverages, reserving evaluations and cyber risk management considerations.
• To handle Lloyd’s Syndicate as well as company claims.
• Liaise with respective underwriters on wording/policy issues and expert panels, provide claims information and attend client meetings as appropriate.
• Provide claims intelligence to the Cyber Risk Advisory team and Incident Commander and assist in various related projects as necessary.
