Job summary

Claims Recruitment Services is recruiting for a Cyber Security Consultant on behalf of a leading international insurer operating within the Lloyd's market. The successful candidate will help develop the Group's cyber underwriting strategy, risk appetite, cyber risk limit, guidelines, and accumulation control and tools for affirmative and non-affirmative coverages.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Cyber risk and risk assessment practical experience.
• Ability to collect, analyse, and disseminate threat intelligence, both actionable and strategic.
• Confident delivery of technical learning to varied audiences.
• Fundamental knowledge of cyber insurance.
• High degree of service orientation with attention to detail and networking skills.
• Strong MS Office skills; reporting for senior management; Adobe experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain an understanding of key cyber threats, the broader cybersecurity landscape, and cyber insurance insights to support the cyber risk strategy.
• Lead market intelligence gathering and contribute to horizon scans and regular reports.
• Support development and delivery of cyber technical training.
• Assist in risk parametrisation and accumulation modelling efforts.
• Lead assessment and selection of technical tools and explain capabilities to stakeholders.
• Develop external communications and thought leadership material for target audiences.
