Job summary

• Proven project management experience within Customs, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, International Trade, or Supply Chain.
• Experience managing complex customer implementations and onboarding projects.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple business functions and seniority levels.
• Experience developing and implementing operational processes and SOPs.
• Strong customer-facing experience with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead customs implementation projects from initiation to handover.
• Deliver projects per Maersk methodologies, requirements, and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Commercial, Product, Operations, Digital and Customer Success.
• Manage risks, dependencies, actions, and governance for successful outcomes.
• Provide updates and executive reporting to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure seamless handover of solutions to operations with process reviews and readiness assessments.
