Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Customs Implementation Project Manager to lead onboarding of new customers into Maersk's Customs Services in the UK. The role combines project management, stakeholder engagement, and customer experience throughout the implementation journey.

You will manage projects end-to-end, align with internal teams, design processes, and drive operational excellence to reduce complexity and enable smooth transitions for customers.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience within Customs, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, International Trade, or Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead customs implementation projects from initiation through handover.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Commercial, Product, Operations, Digital, and Customer Success.
• Develop SOPs and implementation plans; drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as primary customer contact; manage expectations and relationships.
• Support systems implementations and digital onboarding activities.
