Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Belfast is seeking a Customs Coordinator to join our growing team, supporting import and export activity across Northern Ireland, the UK, and wider Europe.

You will prepare and process accurate customs declarations, review shipping documents, and maintain data across CargoWise and related systems to ensure compliant and timely movement of goods. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in customs administration or coordination is preferred.
• Strong data entry and administrative skills with high accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with UK/NI/EU customs rules is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process accurate customs declarations per instructions and regulations.
• Review and maintain documentation across customs and logistics systems.
• Monitor KPI and SLA performance and resolve issues with customers and partners.
• Communicate with customers, hauliers and internal teams to ensure smooth movement of goods.
