Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Belfast is seeking a Customs Coordinator to join our operation, supporting customers across Northern Ireland and Europe. You will handle day-to-day import and export customs processes, preparing and processing declarations and ensuring compliant movement of goods.

This role operates on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern with 12-hour early shifts, and offers a salary of £29,000-£31,000 per year, dependent on experience, alongside a benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in customs administration or coordination.
• Strong data entry and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process customs declarations in line with instructions and regulations.
• Review and process shipping documents and enter data across systems.
• Maintain accurate records and respond to queries from customers and partners.
• Communicate with customers, hauliers, freight forwarders and internal CEVA teams.
