Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Belfast is seeking a Customs Coordinator to support day-to-day import and export activities across UK, NI and EU. You will prepare declarations, review documents, and ensure compliance while liaising with customers and partners to move goods efficiently.

The role involves a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern with 12-hour late shifts, and a salary of £29,000-£31,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in customs administration or coordination in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Strong data entry and administrative skills with the ability to work accurately and quickly.
• Knowledge of NI/UK/EU customs regulations is beneficial and data accuracy is essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process accurate customs declarations in line with instructions and regulations.
• Review and process customs and shipping documents; maintain data in systems.
• Communicate with customers, hauliers, freight forwarders and CEVA teams to ensure smooth movements.
• Support ICS2 declarations and ensure KPI/SLA targets are met.
