Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service and order processing.
• Proficient in MS Office and electronic order processing software.

• Excellent verbal and written communication with colleagues and customers across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers about their orders, create acknowledgments, and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Serve as a link between Business Development Managers and internal teams for onboarding and support.
• Oversee the sales order process from processing to invoicing and records.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to meet customer expectations.
• Ensure data accuracy and update databases with day-to-day activities.
• Drive initiatives to improve operational processes in a growing business area.
• Perform other admin duties and support customer service and sales as needed.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
