Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of professional experience in crisis management, emergency operations, security operations, or related field with at least 3 years in people management.
• Experience leading globally distributed and remote teams across time zones.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for leadership briefing.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day management for analysts across NA, EMEA, and APAC pods.
• Hold regular 1:1s with direct reports and deliver coaching grounded in performance.
• Lead team meetings and stand-ups to ensure productive, timely updates.
• Own onboarding and ramp plans for new analysts to ensure confidence.
• Identify training needs and source content, including AI tool adoption.
• Develop individual development plans linked to team goals.
• Support mid-year and year-end performance reviews with clear documentation.
• Advocate for team's growth and escalate resourcing concerns as needed.
• Own the global coverage model and capacity forecasting with senior management.
• Monitor SLA adherence and drive quality improvements across the team.
• Serve as escalation point during active crisis events.
