Job summary

Expedia Group seeks a Crisis Operations Analyst to join its Global Crisis Operations team in London. You will monitor threats, assess traveler impact, and coordinate responses with Finance, Legal, and Communications to protect travelers and manage disruption.

You will use SQL, Excel dashboards, and AI tools to analyze data, maintain incident logs in ServiceNow, and drive fast, actionable decisions under pressure.

Qualifications

• Strong data skills: SQL, dashboards, and translating metrics into recommendations.
• Experience in 24/7 operations or high-pressure environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor global threat intelligence and open-source data to identify crisis events in real time.
• Assess impact on travelers and coordinate cross-functional response actions.
• Contribute to monthly/quarterly crisis operations metrics narratives for leadership.
• Maintain crisis event logs and trackers for auditability.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate monitoring and situational analysis.
• Develop playbooks and SOPs; support onboarding of new analysts.
