You will support live operations, threat monitoring, and emergency response across a 24/7/365 framework, coordinating with teams across our global network to deliver real-time security solutions.

The role requires calm, clear communication under pressure, strong teamwork, and a proactive approach to incident management, travel risk, and client support in high-risk environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in security or risk management

Responsibilities

• Support travel risk and security advice research and risk assessments
• Monitor and respond to security threats and incidents in live operations
• Coordinate emergency responses, evacuations, and contingency planning
• Produce situation reports and maintain client awareness
• Maintain tracking, communications, and post-operational reporting
• Support training and mentoring of new staff and drills
