Job summary

Malvern Panalytical is seeking a Global Credit Controller to join the Accounts Receivable team. Based in Malvern, UK with hybrid working, the role focuses on timely collections, credit checks, and maintaining customer accounts within a global organisation.

The ideal candidate has experience in credit control or AR, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in French or Spanish would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, or a similar finance-related role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a professional telephone manner.
• Confident handling of difficult conversations and resolving payment issues.
• Proactive, organised and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent French and/or Spanish would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer ledgers and ensure outstanding debts are collected promptly.
• Conduct credit checks and periodic reviews for new and existing customers.

• Support Accounts Receivable with cash posting and general administration.

About the role:

As a Global Credit Controller, you will play a key role within the Accounts Receivable team, helping to ensure the timely collection of customer payments and supporting strong cash flow performance across the business. Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you will manage designated ledgers, perform credit reviews, and maintain accurate customer account information.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage assigned customer ledgers and ensure outstanding debts are collected in a timely manner

About you:

• Previous experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, or a similar finance-related role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a professional telephone manner
• Confident handling difficult conversations and resolving payment-related issues effectively
• Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using integrated business systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent French and/or Spanish language skills would be advantageous.
