Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Credit Controller to join our Finance team at the Cambridge office on a hybrid basis. You will own the credit control process for a designated portfolio, drive cash collection and reduce aged debt while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities include issuing statements and dunning letters, resolving queries, and coordinating with sales and finance teams to improve collection performance.

• Able to address and escalate matters with colleagues to resolve issues.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cash collection within your portfolio and work to monthly targets.
• Issue customer statements and dunning letters per internal procedures; contact customers by phone.
• Answer customer queries promptly and professionally; maintain accurate records.
• Allocate customer payments and update the debtors spreadsheet.
• Maintain effective communication with sales and technical teams globally; support cash collection improvement projects.
