Responsibilities

• Proactively pursuing outstanding debts via telephone, letter, and email.
• Coordinate with contract managers to progress debt collection and resolve invoice queries.
• Manage aged debt dashboard and maintain detailed notes on status.
• Initiate legal proceedings to recover bad debts when necessary.
• Assist Management Accountants with turnover reconciliations.
• Upload bulk billing and invoices to the sales ledger.
• Perform ad-hoc credit duties as required.
• Cash and banking reconciliation; allocate incoming payments daily.
• Investigate banking discrepancies and variances.
