Job summary

Radius is seeking a Central Costs Business Partner in Crewe to lead the end-to-end group cost function, including P&L and balance sheet production, forecasting and business partnering. You will manage a team, build strong stakeholder relationships and drive financial performance across central functions.

The role focuses on robust forecasting, budgeting and annual cost planning, with opportunities to influence strategic direction and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar finance role.
• Experience in a fast-growing business environment.
• Proven ability to provide board-level reporting and robust analysis.
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
• Experience leading a team of finance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Group Cost function including P&L and balance sheet production, performance analysis and business partnering.
• Lead and develop a team to deliver high-quality performance.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across central departments.
• Develop robust financial models and monthly rolling forecasts.
• Lead the annual group costs budgeting process and support 5-year strategic planning.
• Challenge finance processes, reporting and controls to drive improvements.
• Provide guidance to the team and promote continuous improvement and efficiencies.
• Assist with audits, corporate tax returns and statutory account queries.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects supporting strategic goals.
