Job summary

Talent Finance are partnering with a high-growth, international software business to recruit an experienced Interim Senior Finance Business Partner for an initial six-month assignment.

This hands-on, operational Finance role owns the Product & Technology cost base (£100m+), leads monthly reporting and forecasting, and provides clear commercial insight to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced PE-backed environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA or CIMA and strong FP&A experience.
• Experience partnering with Product, Technology, or software teams.
• Experience in PE-backed, high-growth environments.
• Ability to challenge senior stakeholders and turn data into insights.
• Experience leading or coordinating finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Ownership of finance across a £100m+ Product & Technology cost base
• Leading monthly reporting and forecasting
• Acting as a senior Finance Business Partner to Product & Technology leadership
• Providing clear financial insight, challenge and recommendations
• Managing headcount, recruitment and contractor costs
• Coordinating the finance team supporting Product & Technology
• Setting priorities and ensuring key finance activities are delivered to deadline
• Improving the quality and usefulness of financial reporting
• Maintaining strong financial controls and documented processes
• Supporting continuous improvement across the finance operation
